◆ The prestressed composite frame structure provides superior rigidity and precision retention; it utilizes adjustable flat guideways to ensure high guidance accuracy and excellent resistance to off-center loads.
◆ The machine is equipped with an independent electrical cabinet and utilizes a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and touchscreen control system for centralized operation. Semi-automatic modes include both constant-pressure and constant-stroke operations; the constant-pressure mode features pressure-holding with a time delay and automatic return functions.
◆ Safety measures include two-hand operation controls, multiple emergency stop buttons, overload protection, off-center load protection, and safety guardrails. A movable worktable and a hydraulic cushion are available as optional features.
