Performance Features

◆ The machine frame features a computer-optimized, all-steel welded structure that has undergone high-temperature tempering treatment, ensuring excellent precision retention.

◆ The hydraulic control system utilizes an integrated cartridge valve manifold, offering high reliability, high flow capacity, minimal internal leakage, and a long service life; the high level of system integration reduces potential leakage points associated with connecting piping.

◆ Centralized push-button control supports two operating modes: adjustment and semi-automatic (single-cycle stroke control or single-cycle pressure control).

◆ It employs an eight-sided guide rail system (four corners, eight faces) ensuring high guiding precision and strong resistance to off-center loads, complemented by a centralized lubrication system.

◆ New-generation cylinder seals ensure high reliability and extended service life.

◆ Operating parameters—including slide working pressure, as well as stroke ranges for rapid no-load descent and slow working-speed advance—can be adjusted to meet specific process requirements.

◆ A hydraulic cushion is installed beneath the bolster plate, which features ample ejector pin holes; the hydraulic cushion supports three operating modes: drawing, ejection, and non-ejection.
