◆ This specialized hydraulic press for shipbuilding plate forming is designed for cold and hot forming operations—such as bending, flanging, rib pressing, edge folding, and leveling—on thick ship plates. It is primarily used for processes like hull plating formation, corrugated bulkhead pressing, and marine tank fabrication. It also serves as critical equipment for thick-plate forming in industries such as petrochemicals and boiler manufacturing.
◆ The machine features a high-rigidity structure available in monolithic single-column, modular single-column, or modular gantry-frame configurations. It supports both conventional pressing with a fixed ram and advanced operations involving movable rams, as well as movable and rotatable worktables, ensuring precision across a wide range of thick-plate dimensions. The hydraulic control system integrates specialized cartridge valves with imported proportional valves, allowing for the stepless adjustment of ram speed and pressure within specified parameters to ensure a controllable pressing process. The electrical control system utilizes computer and PLC integration, featuring full-stroke position sensing and pressure monitoring devices to enable digital control of mechanical drive and pressing operations; it also supports parameter setting, storage, and printing to guarantee forming accuracy.
