Performance Features

Featuring a three-beam, four-column structure optimized via computer-aided design, the machine is simple, economical, and practical. The hydraulic control system utilizes an integrated cartridge valve system, ensuring reliable operation, a long service life, and minimal hydraulic shock, while also reducing piping connections and potential leakage points. An independent electrical control system offers reliable performance, intuitive operation, and easy maintenance. Centralized push-button control supports two operating modes: adjustment (inching) and single-cycle (semi-automatic). It enables two forming processes—fixed-stroke and fixed-pressure—and includes features such as pressure-holding with adjustable dwell time. Operating pressure and stroke length are adjustable within specified ranges to meet process requirements.
