Performance Features

This series of presses is primarily designed for the production of structural powder metallurgy components and mechanical parts, and is also suitable for the compression molding of precision ceramics, electronic ceramics, and cemented carbide products. The machines feature independent hydraulic and electrical systems, automatic material feeding and unloading mechanisms, and a floating pressing function that effectively controls product molding density. Users can choose between protective and standard demolding modes. The electrical control system utilizes a PLC, while the hydraulic system employs advanced integrated cartridge valves to ensure stable, continuous, and high-frequency operation; an oil cooling unit is also included. Centralized push-button controls and mechanical limit devices are incorporated to ensure product consistency.
